Collaborate with business units to ensure HR initiatives support overall goalsLead HR projects such as employer branding initiatives, benefits plan optimization and employee events to support the organization.
Identify talent needs for different business units and develop recruitment strategies to drive recruitment efforts, focusing on strategic hires and cultivating a diverse workforce.
HR ExpertiseLead and mentor HR team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Interpret HR strategies, policies, guidelines and programs
Provide expertise in areas such as compensation, benefits, performance management and employee relations
Support the business vision, mission and overall objectives
Align our people management with business strategy
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership.
