    The Senior Network Administrator will be primarily responsible for technical design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise network, which includes corporate and regional LAN, WAN (SD-WAN), Internet accesses, and Wi-Fi along with overseeing IT security and safety of the computing environment from any types of internal/external and cyber threats.

    Technical Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement and maintain Esri Canada's corporate and regional HPE Aruba LAN, Palo Alto WAN (SD-WAN), Internet accesses, and HPE Aruba Wi-Fi services ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
    • Administration and maintenance of corporate Palo Alto Firewall / Prisma and Global Protect VPN access control
    • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard the organization's systems and data.
    • Develop and maintain incident response plans to ensure a swift and effective response to security events.
    • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and manage the remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
    • Conduct security audits to assess compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Implement and manage network monitoring tools to detect and respond to anomalies and security incidents.
    • Facilitate corporate and regional expansion needs for network, telephony, electrical, cooling, and UPS
    • Support and maintenance of Microsoft Teams Telephony and Genesys Contact Center
    • Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation on networking and security

    Minimum Education Requirement:

    • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Relevant certification in the area of cyber security and network administration

    Minimum Experience and Training Requirement:

    • Expertise in networking protocols, security architectures, and best practices
    • Expertise in security technologies like firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
    • Expertise in network segregation with Layer 2 (VLANs) and Layer 3 (subnets) with access controls implemented (Private VLANs, ACLs, Firewalls)
    • Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP systems
    • Expertise in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
    • Expertise in Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
    • Exposure to Security compliance like ISO 27001
    • Exposure to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
    • Exposure to cybersecurity protocols and services
    • Exposure to Incident Response Plan

    • Strong leadership and managerial skills to lead a team and drive security initiatives.
    • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.

    Responsabilités techniques:

    • Administrer et entretenir le pare-feu d'entreprise Palo Alto et le contrôle d'accès VPN Prisma et Global Protect.
    • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des politiques, des procédures et des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité afin de protéger les systèmes et les données de l'organisation.
    • Élaborer et tenir à jour des plans de réponse en cas d'incident afin de garantir une réaction rapide et efficace aux événements liés à la sécurité.
    • Procéder à des évaluations régulières des vulnérabilités et gérer la correction des vulnérabilités identifiées.
    • Mener des audits de sécurité pour évaluer la conformité avec les normes et réglementations du secteur.
    • Mettre en œuvre et gérer des outils de surveillance de réseau en vue de détecter les anomalies et les incidents de sécurité et d'y répondre.
    • Pourvoir aux besoins d'expansion de l'entreprise et des régions en matière de réseau, de téléphonie, d'électricité, de refroidissement et d'alimentation sans coupure.
    • Prendre en charge et entretenir le système Microsoft Téléphonie Teams et le logiciel de centre d'appels Genesys.
    • Créer et tenir à jour la documentation technique et à l'intention des utilisateurs finaux portant sur les réseaux et la sécurité.

    Exigences minimales en matière de formation:

    • Diplôme universitaire en informatique, en technologie de l'information, en administration de réseaux ou dans une discipline connexe.
    • Certification pertinente dans le domaine de la cybersécurité et de l'administration de réseaux.

    Exigences minimales en matière d'expérience et de formation:

    • 5 å 7 ans d'expérience en sécurité réseau.
    • Expertise en matière de protocoles de réseau, d'architectures de sécurité et de meilleures pratiques.
    • Expertise en technologies de sécurité telles que les pare-feu, les systèmes de détection et de prévention des intrusions, les VPN et la protection des points d'accès.
    • Expertise dans la ségrégation des réseaux avec la couche 2 (VLAN) et la couche 3 (sous-réseaux) avec mise en œuvre de contrôles d'accès (VLAN privés, liste de droits d'accès, pare-feu).
    • Expertise dans les systèmes Microsoft Active Directory, DNS et DHCP.
    • Expertise en gestion des informations et des événements de sécurité (GIES).
    • Expertise en services de détection et de réponse gérées (DRG).
