    Requirements:

    The Financial Planning and Analysis, Senior Analyst role is a critical finance role, reporting directly to the Controller. The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership across all disciplines, including sales, operations, and controllership to support the budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis processes.

    • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analyses, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts.
    • Support budgeting and forecasting process for full financials, including P&L, capex, and balance sheet through historical and operational metrics.
    • Develop trends or other ad hoc analyses to test forecast assumptions and understand risks and opportunities to the forecast.
    • Partner with cross-functional leadership to support cost improvement and visibility initiatives.
    • Support the preparation of Board and Senior Management presentations and materials.
    • Develop, review, and refine key performance indicators and performance dashboards / reporting to support critical business decisions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    For the successful performance of this position, an individual must be able to achieve and/or perform the essential duties of the position. Listed below are representative requirements for job knowledge, skills and/or ability.

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance required.
    • 3 – 5 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in FP&A/Accounting/Finance
    • CPA, MBA or Program Equivalent preferred.
    • Operational experience with JD Edwards, Hyperion, and/or Data Access Studio preferred.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel (including ability to mine large sets of data) and PowerPoint skills.
    • Ability to think creatively

    • Self-motivated
    • Strong attention to detail with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    Exigences :
    Le rôle d'Analyste Senior en Planification et Analyse Financière est un rôle financier crucial, relevant directement du Contrôleur. Le candidat retenu travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les dirigeants de toutes les disciplines, y compris les ventes, les opérations et la comptabilité, pour soutenir les processus de budgétisation, de prévision, de reporting de gestion et d'analyse financière.

    • Effectuer des analyses variées (mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles) comparant les résultats réels aux budgets et aux prévisions.
    • Soutenir le processus de budgétisation et de prévision pour l'ensemble des états financiers, y compris l'état des résultats, le suivi des dépenses d'investissement en capital et le bilan financier, à l'aide des indicateurs historiques et opérationnels.
    • Élaborer des tendances ou d'autres analyses ad hoc pour tester les hypothèses de prévision et comprendre les risques et les opportunités pour la prévision.
    • Collaborer avec les dirigeants interfonctionnels pour soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration des coûts et de visibilité.
    • Soutenir la préparation des présentations et des documents destinés au Conseil d'administration et à la Direction générale.
    • Développer, examiner et affiner les indicateurs de performance clés et les tableaux de bord / rapports de performance pour soutenir les décisions commerciales critiques.
    • Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.

    Qualifications :

    • Le candidat ou la candidate sélectionné(e) doit être en mesure d'atteindre et/ou d'accomplir les tâches essentielles du poste. Ci-dessous se trouvent les exigences représentatives en termes de connaissances professionnelles, de compétences et/ou d'aptitudes.
    • Diplôme de premier cycle en comptabilité, en économie ou en finance requis.
    • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience croissante dans les domaines de la planification et de l'analyse financière / de la comptabilité / de la finance.
    • CPA, MBA ou équivalent de programme (un atout).
    • Expérience opérationnelle avec JD Edwards, Hyperion et/ou Data Access Studio (un atout).
    • Compétences avancées en Microsoft Excel (y compris la capacité à exploiter de grands ensembles de données) et en PowerPoint.
    • Capacité à penser de manière créative
    • Auto-motivé
    • Grande attention aux détails avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement rapide.
