    Description

    Ideal Warehouse Innovations is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of loading dock, warehouse and industrial workplace safety and asset protection solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving a fully integrated, customer-centric engagement and demand generation strategy. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and eCommerce, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel customer and product marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on expanding sales and awareness with our distribution channel partners through innovative lead generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop integrated marketing and sales programs to maximize channel partner engagement opportunities throughout the end-to-end customer lifecycle
    • Drive multi-channel lead generation and qualification activities and leverage marketing automation tools and strategies.
    • Develop programs to successfully nurture opportunities at all stages of the sales pipeline.
    • Develop and manage all digital marketing channels to amplify reach and optimize program opportunities with target audiences.
    • Optimize the end-to-end website and mobile user experience, functionality, and content curation
    • Manage the marketing and communications calendar to coordinate programs and timely execution.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies and programs, in collaboration with Product Managers
    • Lead the development and execution of all product and customer channel communications
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Product Management, Customer Experience, and eCommerce to ensure alignment and consistency in delivering marketing programs.
    • Develop and deploy print and digital sales collateral, videos, presentations, case studies to assist our Sales team and channel partners
    • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and technology partners to facilitate effective collaboration and optimize output.
    • Manage all print and digital media advertising planning and placements.
    • Manage marketing expenses, ensuring budgets are allocated effectively to optimize impact on sales performance.
    • Leverage marketing and digital data to measure marketing performance, assess engagement, and identify trends.

    Role Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience managing a B2B marketing function, in both a strategic and hands-on capacity.
    • Proven experience developing and executing lead generation and nurturing programs (i.e. HubSpot or similar)
    • Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience with SEO, paid search, remarketing, display ads, and social media programs, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Experience developing and deploying targeted customer email marketing programs, including audience segmentation, content creation, and list management.
    • Proven experience with website management, UX development, and content management, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Experience working with CRM systems, including integration of sales and marketing data and programs.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven decision-making and measure marketing performance.
    • Self-directed thinker, passionate about driving marketing innovation and sales performance.
    • Ability to engage and motivate cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with Sales teams.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience in the manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and supply chain verticals an asset.
