Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient
- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Director of Operational Planning, the Project Manager will manage the planning, implementation and completion of projects.

Experience:

Minimum of three years of progressively responsible business/project management leadership experience in a complex environment
Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
Lean Six Sigma experience is a definite asset

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate):

Business background with relevant degree / certification

Certification/Licensure/Registration:

Project Management Professional certification an asset
Lean Six Sigma certification is an asset

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within a teambased organization
Selfmotivated
Strong computer skills
Effective time management skills
