    Recruitment Coordinator - Workday/ATS

    On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator - Workday/ATS.

    Recruitment Coordinator - Workday/ATS – Job Description

    • Assist in posting positions to various job boards and on bank career sites
    • Assist onboarding process including submitting offer letters, following up with candidates and Talent Cycle team, etc.
    • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, interview schedules and other recruiting activities using applicant tracking system (uses 'People-Click') and other filing systems
    • Schedule interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers, and arrange any necessary candidate travel
    • Clearly and effectively communicates recruiting procedures, detail and status to candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Managers
    • May assist in screening and evaluating resumes, as well as sourcing candidates - Order, prepare and organize marketing collateral; manages and ships materials for job fairs, campus events, as necessary
    • Special projects, as assigned

    Recruitment Coordinator - Workday/ATS – Mandatory Skills

    • Bachelor's degree or college diploma
    • Excellent English written & spoken communication skills (bilingual in French / English / Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset)
    • 2+ years of related (recruitment/staffing/HR) business experience
    • Experience working with variety of ATS (recruitment applicant tracking system software)
    • Experience working with Workday
    • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Internet skills
    • Previous experience dealing with highly confidential information

    Recruitment Coordinator - Workday/ATS - Nice to Have Skills

    • Previous experience with legal contracts/offer letter would be an asset
    • Previous experience from a major financial services firm is desired
