What you'll do:


  • Support relevant updates to the asset library for global Implementation, Customer Support, and Customer Success to ensure that all teams have a consistent set of accurate and uptodate resources which support scalable, consistent, and costeffective implementation projects, as well as daytoday customer support requirements.
  • Understand process infrastructures for the full Services organization, supporting documentation changes as needed, and creating required delivery materials.
  • Support our formal Process Improvement Council, partnering with frontline team members to identify prioritized process and resource improvements. Deliver required changes effectively.
  • Support the monthly Product Release process, delivering high quality enablement resources for all teams.
  • Manage recurring administrative processes using Project Management software, CRM, Customer Success Portfolio Management software, and other relevant tools as required.
  • Coordinate global Services new hire onboarding scheduling and resource access.
  • Offer relevant support or advice to the frontline team on product and/or processes as needed.
  • Support adhoc projects and initiatives as required with a timely and highquality delivery.
  • Attend recurring team meetings, presenting project and initiative status updates or callstoaction across all Service Teams.

What we're looking for:


  • 1+ years of PMO, Project Management, or Operations/Enablement experience
  • Experience developing, documenting, and implementing tools and processes to support SaaS Implementation, Customer Success, and/or Customer Support teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and comfortably at all levels in an organization.
  • Excellent planning and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools including SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in developing polished and formatted assets for internal and external customers.
  • Salesforce, Kantata OX, and Catalyst experience preferred.
