    As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose innovative solutions, and contribute to product success, requiring strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for building high-quality software.

    What You'll Do:
    • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain the Achievers Platform and supporting micro-services using modern technology and frameworks such as React, Redux, Docker, and more.
    • Full Stack Development: Contribute to frontend and backend development efforts, developing user interfaces, APIs, and backend services.
    • Architecture and Design: Contribute to scalable, maintainable, and robust architectural design solutions.
    • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to junior team members, mentor, and coach to enhance technical skills.
    • Product Innovation: Collaborate with stakeholders, propose innovative ideas, and contribute to the product roadmap.
    • Code Review: Ensure code quality through reviews, adherence to standards, and best practices.
    • Collaboration: Foster an inclusive work environment, working closely with teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Deployment and Maintenance: Assist in deploying and maintaining software applications in production environments, monitoring performance and implementing optimizations.
    • Advocate of Agile Methodologies: Implement and follow Agile practices for efficient development processes.
    Do You Have What It Takes? What We're Looking For:
    • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
    • 5+ years of software development experience focusing on frontend/backend development.
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or others.
    • Knowledge of database technologies, web development frameworks, cloud platforms, and agile methodologies.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Experience in HR technology or related domains is a plus.
