Evolution Technologies is looking for talent who is committed to providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

We are looking for a full time Order Desk Specialist to join our team at our head office in Port Coquitlam, BC.


  • Please note that this is a temporary position._

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Reviewing purchase orders, processing sales and shipping orders
  • Updating and maintaining client information files, data entry
  • Coordinate with other team members
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • 5+ years' work experience in a customer service role, order desk agent, or related experience in a B2B or wholesale distribution setting, preferably in the medical supplier industry
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented with great problemsolving skills
  • Team player who works well under pressure, independently and as a member of a team
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to type 50+ WPM
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Applicants must hold valid work authorization in Canada

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 18 months


Salary:
$23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 5 years (preferred)
  • Order management system: 3 years (preferred)
