    Sous la supervision du vice-président Affaires publiques - Canada, le directeur des affaires publiques contribuera à l'élaboration, à la mise en œuvre et à l'exécution d'un plan d'action intégré en matière d'affaires publiques et d'affaires gouvernementales aligné sur la stratégie commerciale d'Alstom pour la région Amériques. Le directeur se concentrera spécifiquement, bien que non exclusif, sur les marchés de l'Ontario et de l'Ouest canadien. Agir pour soutenir les activités commerciales et la capture des offres, la gestion de l'image et de la réputation partout au Canada, en développant et en entretenant des relations solides et en assurant une communication efficace avec les principales parties prenantes et réseaux externes, avec un accent particulier sur les gouvernements et les associations commerciales. Travaillera en étroite collaboration et agira en soutien à l'équipe canadienne de marketing et de ventes, ainsi qu'à l'équipe de direction et aux gammes de produits d'Alstom Americas. Surveillera et fournira des conseils stratégiques et une analyse approfondie des feuilles de route politiques et législatives dans les principaux marchés canadiens. Pourrait agir à titre de porte-parole de l'entreprise de temps à autre et la représenter auprès des associations et conseils d'administration de l'industrie.

    Responsabilités clés :

    Soutenir les activités commerciales et la capture des offres, la gestion de l'image et de la réputation partout au Canada
    Travailler en étroite collaboration et agir en soutien à l'équipe canadienne de marketing et de ventes ainsi qu'à l'équipe de direction d'Alstom Amériques.
    Surveillera et fournira des conseils stratégiques et une analyse approfondie des feuilles de route politiques et législatives dans les principaux marchés canadiens.
    Pourrait agir à titre de porte-parole de l'entreprise de temps à autre et la représenter auprès des associations et conseils d'administration de l'industrie.

    Qualifications et connaissances fonctionnelles:

    Formation : Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent. Une maîtrise est un atout

    Expérience pertinente requise : Un minimum de 15 années d'expérience significative et pertinente

    Connaissances spécialisées ou transversales/expérience pertinente requises par le rôle :

    Leadership, sens stratégique, excellent jugement
    Proactif, axé sur les résultats, orienté sur la satisfaction client
    Expérience avérée en relations gouvernementales/affaires publiques, en particulier pour la région de l'Ontario et de l'Ouest canadien
    Compréhension des politiques publiques dans le monde des transports, du transport en commun, du développement économique, des infrastructures, de la fiscalité, de la R&D.
    Capacité avérée à établir des relations en interne et en externe
    De solides compétences en communication
