Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human capital strategies with organizational and business objectives. This role supports a diverse workforce across operational and corporate functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering employee engagement, and driving performance in dynamic and results-driven environments.

- Schedule: Permanent Full-Time Postion
What You Will Do
- Partner with leaders to translate business objectives into people and workforce strategies
- Provide strategic advice on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend solutions
- Support change initiatives including restructures, growth, and transformation efforts
- Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement
- Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, discipline, and terminations
- Ensure consistent application of employment legislation, policies and procedures
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Strong understanding of employment legislation (federal or provincial)
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive change
- Experience supporting organizational change and strategic HR initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people decisions to business outcomes
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- CHRP/CHRL designation (or working toward) is an asset

- Comprehensive knowledge of Canada Labour Code (CLC), Human Rights, Accommodation, etc.
