    Technical Lead, Access Control, Brampton, ON

    As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, the Technical Lead, Access Control ensures users have the appropriate access and governance controls and protection are in place to safeguard our assets.

    What you will do:

  • Partner with key stakeholders in information security, network, infrastructure, and application support teams to architect, build and operate an effective Active Directory (AD)/Azure Entra ID and CyberArk environment as aligned to business requirements, technical standards, and security frameworks.
  • Create, maintain and align the LCL's Information Security policies and standards with industry best practices and business needs in the adoption of cloud services and technologies
  • Collaborate with application teams and subject matter experts across Loblaw to identify and document IAM-related business needs, including access needs and access profiles
  • Provide effective mentoring and guidance to team members.

    • What you bring:

  • Experience in architecting IAM solutions: Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), AD/Azure Entra ID and Privilege Access Management (PAM) and preferably, other cloud providers and ability to clearly articulate ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Extensive experience in designing and administrating AD/Azure Entra ID and CyberArk environments
  • Experience in integrating applications with SSO utilizing SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC, 2FA, MFA and Security Token Services
  • Experience in applying PAM controls to cloud platform/applications and familiar with Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) concepts and solutions.
  • Solid experience with Directories, SSO, Federation, Delegated administration, API gateways, SOA services.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (vbscript, powershell, perl, javascript, Graph API, Python and LDAP query etc.).
  • Excellent customer service and communication (oral / written) skills required.
