Job Description:


TripSpark Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Representative who will play a key role in helping win sales proposals across North America This role will be responsible with leading in researching, organizing, updating, and organizing documents such as Scope of Work, Work Orders, and Pricing Overviews specifically in response to customer proposals and contract requests - ready them submission.

The Sales Support Representative's role is vital by defining the service and product offerings in sales proposals that are delivered to our customers.

The person in this role will also be the primary contact with TripSpark vendors. This position is responsible for maintaining vendor/client information, revenue records, pricing, purchasing history, and purchase orders.

Managing large amounts of information accurately and strong customer service support with follow up will be paramount to be successful in this role.

This position will also handle hardware orders from the original equipment manufacturers and manage those vendor relationships.


Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain uptodate OEM information including account information, pricing lists, purchasing history, PO rejections, and revenue, as well as coordinating purchases.
  • Constantly support the Sales team by organizing OEM specific projects and tasks, organize, generate, and update pricing information and Statement and Scopes of Work
  • Maintain, and update pricing lists for all hardware and other ancillary equipment.
  • Work with Account Managers to review accuracy of sales packets prior to sales calls and meetings
  • Collaborate with the alldepartment teams and leaders to ensure accuracy of SOWs, WOs, POs, and other documents for submission
  • Supports the Contracts Manager to create amendments and update agreements
  • Support Sales Reps with: RFXs, sales of TripSpark IP, hardware orders.
  • Maintain, update, and improve existing sales process documents as need.
  • Support the department regarding Health Checks, Refresher Training, Map Upgrades, Server Migrations, Spare Parts, Hosting, and small module Add-Ons.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers including TSI, QMI (quality mobile installations) Safefleet, Source inc., DataRemote, Sunrise, MPM, and DBE firms.
  • Maintain SalesForce data, including record creation, update, question generation, technical and general proposal responses, and pricing information.
  • Organize RFX information, needs, and requests, including status monitoring, calendar updates, tracking sheets, pricing, and formatting.
  • Facilitate meetings with Account Managers to review packets prior to submission.
  • Aid in TripSpark sister logos as needed.
  • Maintain and ship tradeshow demo equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications

  • 12 years of sales and/or admin support in a technology or software environment.
  • Bachelors in Business or related field preferred.
  • Experience managing the complexity of a highvolume of requests, prepare pricing proposal, and contract needs with a focus on sales lifecycle, accuracy, quality, and timelines.
  • A history of successfully managing customer and vendor relationships and inquiries.
  • Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate critical thinking & make situationappropriate decisions using sound judgment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with SalesForce preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional business acumen and professional attitude.
  • Experience in a teamoriented environment.
  • Experience working with Government and transit industry a plus.
