Overview:


A Client Account Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our live sports broadcasts while providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

This requires a passion for sports and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, building and nurturing relationships through regular communication and exemplary service.
  • Account Maintenance: Oversee the daytoday management of client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that client needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Client Satisfaction: Proactively address any issues or concerns clients may have and provide solutions in a timely manner to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with our production team, operations team, and marketing team to coordinate the scheduling and execution of live sports broadcasts, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to business growth by increasing revenue from existing clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on client activity and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client projects.

Pay:
$30.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Experience:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
