    Johnson Electric Automation Process Engineering Specialists


    Johnson Electric is currently seeking Automation Process Engineering Specialists to join our team. This role involves new automation equipment process engineering, development, and validation, as well as continuous improvement of installed equipment processes and evaluation of new automation cell processes.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Engineering new processes for equipment built by Johnson Electric/AGC, including research, evaluation, feasibility studies, and validation.
    • Providing engineering support for continuous improvement activities related to installed equipment.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion.
    • Creating process engineering documentation according to company systems.
    • Conducting parameter sheet and capability analysis.
    • Debugging, run-off, and implementing manufacturing equipment.
    • Performing process performance testing and identifying technical issues.
    • Developing expertise in engineering principles and project management.
    • Staying updated on new technologies for quality and efficiency improvements.
    • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
    • Coordinating continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Our requirements:

    • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
    • Experience in Process Visuals and automated assembly operations.
    • Knowledge of PLC programming and robotics.
    • Strong technical skills and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma.
    • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
    • High integrity, dependability, and results-oriented.
