Description

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development and culture, the Marketing Specialist / Content Creator will be responsible for developing content and assisting in executing Scarlett House's marketing plans with the objective to increase the client base and drive brand recognition within our food production operations and corporate catering food service operations.


  • Supporting the Product Development and Sales teams by assisting in the creation and the maintaining divisionspecific sales kits and supporting collateral material.
  • Assisting Product Development and Sales Teams with client and prospect presentations to assist in marketing SHFG products and services.
  • Assisting H/R with creating recruitment and retention campaigns as well as promotional materials supporting culture building initiatives.
  • Coordinating and attending promotional events and trade shows to increase SHFG brand visibility.
  • Assist in creating content, preparing, and responding to RFP, RFQ and other bid tendering documents.
  • Developing and deploying timely and relevant updates on social media in conjunction with annual marketing plan.
  • Develop and update website, focusing on driving sales growth for all Scarlett House brands.
  • Overseeing the copywriting, editing, and layout for menus, media, and sales materials, including organizing and leading photographer and videographer sessions with SHFG business teams internally and externally, both on and off premises.
  • Assist as onsite photographer and photo editor when required.
  • Create visual and written content that'll build strong and authentic relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Create and manage ads across all social media platforms and build a strong social presence that converts to sales
(ie:

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

  • Assisting in the content and executing SHFG advertising plan.
  • Utilizing design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to create marketing content across all SHFG divisions and brands as the lead designer for SHFG divisions and brands.
  • Maintaining a positive public image for SHFG through providing external communications (i.e press release) and marketing programs that promote the SHFG brand.
  • Assist in Presentation development and preparation for all SHFG divisions for internal and external groups.
  • Assisting in development and production of internal communications channels such as newsletter, promotional products, social committee updates, and employee outreach program.
  • Measuring KPI's through SEO, client surveys, web site traffic, etc. Align metrics from all platforms to feed into a strong sales and conversion funnel.
  • Assisting Inhouse Restaurants and Venue department with marketing content for events.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
