    Job Description

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Experience in Retail function, including product data analysis
    • Lead Sales Officer and store performance analysis for 400+ stores
    • Support Retail organization in identifying risks and opportunities at Store/District/Region levels
    • Create store and Sales Officer performance tracking mechanism (eg: units per week, profitability, revenues, expenses, etc.)
    • Lead building store incentive models and track results
    • Present Retail Metrics at Monthly Business Review with Executive team
    • Understand Credit Risk strategies working with Credit Risk team
    • Understand Marketing strategies and related ROI for forecast models
    • Understand store operating costs and drive cost optimization
    • Strong communication with Store Managers, District Managers, and Company Leadership
    • Assist in preparing Board of Directors and management reporting presentations
    • Assist in annual budgets preparation and strategy understanding
    • Conduct financial, statistical, and analytical assessments, including modeling and forecasting
