    The Role:

    We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Video Producer to join ApplyBoard's Video Production Team within the Marketing Department. Reporting to the Video Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, production, and editing of cutting-edge videos that drive us closer to our mission of educating the world.     What you'll be doing everyday:

  • Collaborate with the Video Production Manager in leading the planning, production, and editing of a diverse range of video content to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Spearhead the conceptualization and development of engaging video concepts and scripts that align with organizational objectives.
  • Serve as an expert on all aspects of the video production lifecycle, including in-person production elements, setup, and talent management.
  • Develop and refine detailed shot lists aligned with pre-production briefs to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Prioritize and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to devise strategies for effectively reaching target audiences.
  • Ensure consistent representation of the brand across all video content.
  • Stay abreast of emerging video and marketing trends.

    • What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in video production, broadcasting, interactive media, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a video production and post-production role within a marketing, technology or high-growth company.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills within a fast-paced production environment.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in videography, photography, scriptwriting, and post-production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and multimedia production in a Mac environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality video projects on time.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Exceptional skills in writing engaging scripts and generating creative ideas for video content.
