    Description

    Relevant de la directrice finances les principales responsabilités couvertes par le poste sont les suivantes :

    • Supporter les gestionnaires dans le contrôle et l'analyse de leurs coûts dans le but d'optimiser la rentabilité financière de l'usine et de Domtar.
    • Produire l'information financière de gestion fiable et pertinente correspondant aux besoins des gestionnaires de l'usine, du corporatif, des organismes gouvernementaux et des vérificateurs comptables.
    • Réaliser des analyses financières pour divers types de projets (ex. amélioration continue, projet capital) afin d'en optimiser le rendement et les bénéfices.
    • Effectuer des analyses de prix de revient servant à produire de l'information fiable sur les coûts et statistiques d'opérations de l'usine.
    • Participer activement au processus de fin de mois, coordonner et vérifier les fermetures et rapports de fin de mois, de fin de trimestre et de fin d'année afin de respecter les échéances fixées par la corporation.
    • Participe activement au processus de prévision et de suivi budgétaire en fonction du calendrier de l'usine.
    • Superviser une équipe d'employés. Cette responsabilité inclus, mais sans s'y limiter, le coaching, l'organisation et la délégation des tâches, la planification de la relève, le recrutement et la gestion de la performance de ces employés.
    • Une expérience de 10 années en comptabilité dans le secteur manufacturier.
    • Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou administration et ayant obtenu le titre de CPA.
    • Connaissance de la Suite Microsoft Office (incluant Excel avancé).
    • Expérience de travail dans les systèmes MS Office et ERP, préférablement SAP.
    • Bon communicateur à tous les niveaux de l'organisation, autant à l'écrit et que verbalement.
    • Excellentes compétences en gestion de temps et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps.
    • Autonome, axé sur les résultats et les détails.
    • Excellente prise de décision et solides compétences en collaboration.
    • Leadership fort, encourageant une dynamique positive du travail d'équipe.
