| About the role


Leading a team of Security Analysts, the Manager, Identity and Access Management is accountable for IAM operations, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that people, processes, and systems are well-prepared to conduct Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Access Management and Privileged Access Management functions.

| What you'll do

  • Manage, coach, lead and develop a staff of IAM personnel and provide leadership to a distributed team;
  • Monitor and measure performance of team and team goals;
  • Manage Payments Canada's physical security solutions at our corporate headquarter locations (i.e. building access systems, alarms, video surveillance);
  • Develop and implement physical security standards for all Payments Canada business locations;
  • Deliver authoritative IAM advice across the company and to industry related forums related to corporate and national payment systems;
  • Formulate recommendations to senior management teams on IAM issues through briefings, reports, and presentations.
| Minimum Qualifications

  • Postsecondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of handson experience with IAM solutions including but not limited to Identity Governance & Administration solutions, Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Governance (Attestation, Recertification, Reconciliation), Single Sign-On (SSO), and PKI Systems;
  • Experience with Directory Services solutions such as Active Directory and associated roles including Domain Services (AD DS), Certificate Services (AD CS) and Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS);
  • Experience in leading an operational or project team in at least one of the aforementioned areas;
  • Experience in documenting Standard Operating Procedures and operational processes;
  • Superior leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively and build consensus in a multistakeholder environment;
  • Superior problem solving and decisionmaking skills;
  • Government of Canada Level II Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain.
| Preferred Qualifications

  • Handson experience in designing and/or implementing IAM integrations with Dayforce, ServiceNow (or similar technologies) and endtoend workflow automation is considered a strong asset;
  • Professional certifications in Cyber Security is considered an asset
  • Experience within both the financial industry and/or a large consulting environment is considered an asset
  • Experience in running or implementing physical security controls is considered an asset
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
