    Design Studio , Holiday , Part-Time/Casual , Seasonal/Contract

    The Company Cory Christopher Design is a fast-paced and constantly growing creative design studio, offering lifestyle, floral, wedding and event services throughout Alberta, BC, Toronto and beyond.

    The Role We are seeking energetic and outstanding individuals with a passion for Christmas & holiday decorating.

    Key to providing the exemplary service our clients expect, you will be assisting the team with the installation and decoration of Christmas events, both internally and for corporate clients.

    Participate in the building, installation and teardown of displays and events, including furniture/decor transport, assembly and removal, as well as creative styling
    Assist with festive planters, pop-up decorating and installation of displays
    Loading and unloading décor, equipment, furniture and florals both at the studio and on site
    Cleaning, organizing and prep of inventory, equipment and tools
    Adhere to all site/venue procedures and policies
    Previous event or merchandising experience is an asset
    Must be able to work a flexible schedule – including weekends and late nights
    Excellent spoken English and communication skills
    A reliable vehicle is required, as a single shift may be divided over multiple locations
    Class 5 drivers license and prior experience driving a cargo truck is an asset (but not required)

    Job Type:
    Contract – Approximately 2-3 months over the Christmas season (projects span November to early January)

    Location:
    Our studio is located at 10525 – 111 Street NW in downtown Edmonton.
    The nature of this role frequently requires working on-site at secondary locations within Edmonton and surrounding areas. A single shift may take place at multiple locations. For new collection launches and workshop dates, seasonal inspiration and more
