Services Required:

Project Management Consultants at PM Levels 1 through 3 are sought with an undergraduate degree in business administration or related field, coupled with business-related project experience.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the project lead, operating at a senior level with a comprehensive understanding of managing project teams in a complex environment.

Oversee project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement management.

Preferably hold a postgraduate degree or relevant professional certification such as CA, CMC, CMA, CGA, CFA, PMI – Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Utilize technology effectively, including specialized knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project.

Provide examples demonstrating experience in managing projects with tight timelines, effective communication, and leadership skills.

Showcase experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering team cohesion.

Demonstrate expertise in portfolio management, including strategic alignment and prioritization.

Manage change control processes with strategic communications and end-user involvement.

Have a proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects in the public sector environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Senior Project Manager within the last ten (10) years.

Experience managing projects exceeding $ million in value with at least ten (10) team members.

Proficiency in interacting with multiple stakeholders.

Experience managing high-complexity and high-sensitivity projects impacting large segments of society.

Expertise Level:

The Project Manager at Experience Level 1 will demonstrate expertise in managing projects with high complexity, involving multiple stakeholders, significant budgets, and broad impacts.
