    Description
    Our client is a leading business law firm practicing internationally from offices across Canada and in New York.

    Their clients include industry and business leaders in all segments of the market and at various stages in the growth of their businesses.

    Our client continues to be very busy with no shortage of high-quality work.

    They are now seeking to add a mid to senior level Insolvency and Restructuring Associate to their team of experts in Calgary.


    • 7 years of Insolvency & Restructuring experience from a recognized Canadian law firm
    ~ A breadth and depth of technical legal knowledge, excellent business judgment, and strong analytical and drafting skills;
    ~ Excellent organizational, project management, and the ability to handle multiple time sensitive priorities.
    ~ Above average academics
    ~ Qualified to practice law in Canada.

    Lock-step tier one base salary (our client compensates on par with the Toronto legal market)
    Exceptional bonus incentive program (our client's bonus program is on par with the Toronto legal market)
