    Account Executive – Commercial Lines

    As an Account Executive with Western Financial Group, you will use your Insurance expertise to manage a book of business, ensuring your customers have the coverage they need.

    Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Provide advice to clients on all areas of Commercial insurance
  • Conducting sales calls to provided leads for new online business quotes ensuring accurate data, coverage amounts and endorsements
  • Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets
  • Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
  • Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties
  • Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

    • The value you bring

  • General Insurance Level 2 License and insurance industry knowledge is an asset – if unlicensed, we would train the right candidate and Level 2 license would need to be obtained within three months
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience
  • A desire to learn our systems and processes. If you don't know something, ask
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
  • Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed
