    Description
    URGENTLY HIRING:
    • Hourly rate is $20.50/hr., the pay will gradually bump to $27.00 after 12 months and $30.00 after 24 months of employment
    • 5 x 8 Floater | 3 AM-7AM start time

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Transport loaded and empty trailers from point-to-point via night transit on time
    • Collaborate with the transportation team and maintain good working relationships
    • Perform proper equipment maintenance, monitor reefer temperature, and report mechanical issues and damages promptly
    • Complete daily check-ins without errors
    • Perform daily pre/post trip inspection of vehicles and equipment
    • Performs other duties as assigned


    What Do We Require?
    • Valid Class 5 Drivers License
    • One year of heavy equipment driving experience
    • Ability to meet the physical demands of this job (connecting long combination vehicles, unloading pallets
    • of empty trailers, chaining up in winter conditions)
    • This position requires punctuality, problem-solving, and attention to detail
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Must be goal-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude
