A Snapshot of Your Day


The Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) is responsible to define and execute supplier source change projects that respond to new product development, strategic initiatives and business continuity risks.

The SCPM will work across global teams and be required to report progress to management at various levels of the organization.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Develop and coordinate project plans, budget requirements and timelines.
  • Execute endtoend supply chain processes.
  • Analyze impact and business performance of supply chain patterns.
  • Develop costbenefit analysis of proposed initiatives.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Manage thirdparty vendors to ensure project success.
  • Review project performance and present status updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered ontime and within budget.
  • Prepare project progress reports and escalation requests.
  • Manage and communicate to the various project stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
  • Recognized certification in Project Management is required. Enrollment in certification program, where minimum criteria is satisfied.
  • Knowledgeable in project management software and systems.
  • Solid understanding of the endtoend supply chain process.
  • Good understanding of aerospace methods of manufacture.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working in a corporate environment, managing complex projects in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to provide functional managers with their team member's strengths and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

The Parts Transformation team manages critical programs in AGT supply chain where components are transferred between suppliers. We strive for excellence and continuously improve our ways of working. We look to other areas for best practice and digital innovations.
