We are looking for a
Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join the accounting team for a 4-month contract with possibility of extension.

***: The position is primarily responsible for providing support to the Accounting Department with data entry, filing and other tasks as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accurately enters data into the Golden Windows computerized system.
Filing for the accounting department
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

Strong verbal, written and listening skills.
Must have excellent computer skills with the Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Works accurately with a high attention to detail.
Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities and constant interruptions.
