- Assist in developing service offers to ensure compliance.

- Four to seven (4-7) years of experience in administration, control, project coordination, or similar role;
- University degree or equivalent experience in engineering, administration, or finance;
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial data tracking and management;
- Knowledge of construction, administration, or engineering fields;
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (oral and written for seamless communication with Anglophone teams and clients);
- Location in Quebec City, Montreal, or Toronto.

SOFIAC was established by Econoler and Fondaction in 2020 with the support of the Quebec government. With a $200 million investment capacity structured by Fondaction and Desjardins, its mission is to support companies in the commercial, industrial, and multi-residential sectors by developing and investing in their energy transition and building decarbonization projects.
SOFIAC's innovative approach allows clients to use a portion of the energy savings generated by the implemented projects to repay all the development and implementation costs of their energy transition project. Throughout the process, SOFIAC helps clients increase their energy performance and reduce operating costs while benefiting from positive cash flow from the project's inception.
SOFIAC collaborates with Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) in Canada to implement deep renovation projects with significant impacts for clients through 10- and 15-year contractual agreements.
Profile Overview
SOFIAC is seeking a Operations and Compliance Coordinator to contribute to the energy transition and decarbonization of businesses in Quebec. Reporting to the Operations Director, your role will involve supporting the team in implementing processes and managing project operations and compliance.
This unique opportunity will allow you to engage with key players in the energy efficiency and decarbonization market throughout Quebec.
