    Description

    Adecco is currently looking for a Training Simulator Administrator in Petawawa, ON on a 5-year Onsite contract basis with a chance for extension. This position is with a public sector client in Ottawa that requires a valid Secret Security Clearance.

    Responsibilities of the Training Simulator Administrator:

    • Ensure readiness of training simulators for all scheduled events;
    • Perform preventive maintenance for system reliability;
    • Address reported faults and coordinate with support for complex technical issues;
    • Integrate new parts and features for seamless functionality;
    • Handle incidents requiring part replacement or adjustments promptly;
    • Provide system operations training to users;
    • Collaborate with technical support for troubleshooting and enhancements;
    • Maintain compliance with training simulator standards.

    Mandatory requirements for the position:

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant technical field;
    • Experience in IT roles with hardware and software;
    • Experience as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC);
    • Valid Secret Clearance;
    • Accreditation support experience with training and simulator standards;
    • Strong understanding of system configurations and troubleshooting methodologies.
