about this team

For openings, optimization, moves, and the closure of any brick & mortar (expression or concept), we are the conduit between stores and the SSC.

We consult, advise, & deliver on strategic initiatives and programming that assesses the operational impact to store teams and guest experience and supports operational excellence.

a day in the life:
what you'll do

Maintain programming and resources for select project types (new stores, renovations, relocations, locals, outlets, experiential and seasonal stores).
Coach and support stores throughout their project lifecycle
Monitor and respond in respect to the appropriate project type
Cross functional partner collaboration to identify and translate business needs and requirements into solutions
Be a conduit that represents the stores to the SSC and the SSC to the stores
Follow up, support and gather feedback for future strategies that elevate O&O programming
Lead/facilitate all ops calls in an engaging and dynamic manner

qualifications

ASM or SBL or above
Strong knowledge of Smartsheet and Sharepoint project management tools
Experience supporting new store openings and/or renovations/relocations
Ability to organize, set priorities, and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
