    BSK Internationale est une start-up qui travaille en tant que partenaire technique avec des entreprises nationales et internationales à travers le monde (Canada, Europe, etc...). Nous offrons des services de développement de logiciels externalisés grâce à nos centres de développement situés en Afrique. L'un de nos clients, basé à l'étranger, recherche un SENIOR BACKEND ENGENEER à temps plein pour rejoindre son département d'ingénierie et l'aider à amener son produit au niveau de maturité de l'entreprise. En tant que membre senior de l'équipe d'ingénierie, vous créerez et fournirez des solutions backend telles que des API, des intégrations et des composants d'architecture pour permettre la croissance rapide de tous nos produits. Diriger l'ensemble du cycle de développement et de livraison de logiciels, de l'idéation au déploiement et tout le reste;
    Appliquer des technologies backend modernes, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, Python, Django, Redis et AWS;
    Utiliser efficacement les outils et pratiques DevOps pour fournir des logiciels de haute qualité ainsi qu'une valeur ajoutée aux clients finaux le plus tôt possible;
    Agir en tant que mentor pour les membres de l'équipe moins expérimentés grâce à vos connaissances techniques et à vos compétences en leadership.
    Avoir de l'expérience dans le développement et la livraison de logiciels;
    Pouvoir écrire efficacement du code de haute qualité et bien testé et vous êtes à l'aise avec les langages de programmation fonctionnels et orientés objet;
    Avoir de solides connaissances sur la conception de stockage de données à l'aide de bases de données relationnelles et NoSQL;
    Être à mesure de comprendre l'importance d'une surveillance fiable, de stratégies de déploiement et d'une infrastructure cloud hautement évolutive et robuste;
    Être passionné par l'amélioration des compétences et l'apprentissage de nouvelles technologies;
    Aimez influencer les autres et défendez toujours l'excellence technique tout en étant ouvert au changement;
    Avoir au moins 7 ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur backend senior et posséder les compétences mentionnées ci-dessus.
    Être à l'aise avec les méthodes Agiles, telles que Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum et/ou Kanban;
    Un environnement de travail professionnel et convivial avec des bureaux situés au cœur de la capitale économique du Cameroun;
