    2. About the job
    • We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead (QA Lead) specializing in build integration, automation, telemetry, performance, and QA tools to join our team at The Coalition. As a QA Lead, you will collaborate closely with the QA Manager and Producers to ensure testing coverage and support requirements are met. You will also liaise with other QA Leads, allocate resources as needed, and streamline team processes. The QA Lead will evaluate testing quality, participate in lead-level meetings, and ensure test coverage confidence on projects. Additionally, you will mentor and assist Development Support and Test Coordinators as required.
    3. Summary of the opportunity
    • Client Overview: Become part of our dynamic team at The Coalition and contribute to the growth of our Quality Assurance department.
    • Role Summary: As a QA Lead, your duties will include coordinating testing activities, upholding quality standards, and facilitating the overall testing procedures for our projects. Your role plays a vital part in maintaining testing integrity and ensuring the quality of our titles.
    4. Key Responsibilities
    • Build integrations.
    • Testing and support for editor tools.
    • Development and support of QA tools and automation.
    • Collaboration with production partners to address open feature requests and issues.
    • Offering qualitative feedback on proposed designs to meet quality benchmarks.
    • Implementing essential QA tools and automation solutions.
    • Working alongside the Data & Insights team for telemetry testing and validation.
    • Defining and executing requirements for QA Dashboarding needs.
    • Communicating performance and memory targets for testing.
    • Translating design and technical briefs into test plans.
    • Identifying and executing automation requirements with Quality Engineers.
    • Planning and executing performance evaluations on various PC setups.
    • Supervising multiplayer tests.
    • Managing and overseeing QA lab operations, equipment, organization, and station maintenance.
    5. Desired Experience
    • MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience customizing PC setups for testing demands.
    • Prior involvement in the development cycle of a major multiplayer game (from pre-production to post-launch).
    • Leadership experience in technical evaluations.
    • Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
    • Leadership and team coordination background.
    • Ability to adapt teaching methods for various learner profiles, including leadership teams.
    • Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
    • Capacity to translate design and feature outlines into comprehensive test scenarios.
    • Outstanding communication skills with QA and Production teams.
    • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in personal computers and operating systems.
    • Proficiency in scripting, particularly in Python.
    • Understanding of automation systems.
