The Role
The Marketing Operations Manager is critical in driving the marketing team's efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

They oversee and optimise marketing processes, technologies, and data to enable the team to achieve their goals and drive business growth.

The Marketing Operations Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

You'll be working closely with the Growth Marketing and Experience Design teams, who manage the multiple digital and automation platforms, to optimise and implement processes as well as facilitate the evaluation and selection of new software to streamline processes and improve performance across departments.


A key component of this role and team is working with the Marketing Data Analyst that reports to you on monitoring reporting, dashboards, and budgets to measure the effectiveness of each channel to market and the overall performance of the marketing program, sharing these insights with the wider team and business on a regular basis.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Elevate efficiency and productivity by streamlining marketing workflows to perfection.
  • Embark on a journey of technology advancement: Evaluate, implement, and manage the marketing technology stack.
  • This includes marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and any other cuttingedge software.
  • Spearhead the analytics, measurement, and reporting process to track the performance of marketing and campaign initiatives.
  • Help lead collaborative efforts with other marketing teams to effectively plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement tracking mechanisms to evaluate campaign success and optimize marketing investments.
  • Contribute to the formulation and orchestrating of marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and skilfully optimizing the allocation of advertising resources. Uncover pathways to economize while ensuring a dynamic and efficient utilization of marketing assets
  • Champion skill enhancement through training sessions and guide marketing team members on marketing tools, processes, and best practices.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in a marketing operations, marketing automation, or related role, with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Knowledge of marketing processes, campaign execution, lead management, and marketing attribution models.
  • Familiarity with data management and governance practices, including data cleansing, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience managing at least one direct report.

  • Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo)
  • CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI).
  • CDP platforms (e.g., Segment) a plus
