Description du poste

La première impression est toujours la bonne En tant que concierge, vous prenez soin de répondre aux demandes de nos clients depuis leur arrivée jusqu'à leur départ, en vous assurant qu'ils vivent une expérience mémorable.

Votre rôle:

Maintenir un service de haute qualité et offrir des produits qui correspondent à la demande des clients;
Satisfaire les besoins et répondre aux questions de nos invités dans le but de rendre leur séjour le plus agréable et le plus simple possible;
Offrir un service exceptionnel de conciergerie à nos invités en ce qui concerne les activités locales, les restaurants de la région et autres évènements spéciaux;
Connaître et informer les invités des activités, du site de l'hôtel et du village;
Répondre aux demandes des clients et assurer le suivis nécessaires (informations et réservations);
Effectuer les réservations de restaurants, transports, activités et toutes autres demandes;
Se tenir au courant des événements à venir en utilisant l'information disponible;
Recommander toujours les restaurants & services de l'hôtel en premier;
Être responsable de l'excellente communication avec les autres départements de l'hôtel;
Être à l'écoute de la clientèle et des collègues de travail;
Comprendre les besoins des clients et être toujours au devant de leurs attentes;
Offrir, avec le sourire, un service rapide et courtois;
Répondre au téléphone prestement et clairement, de manière courtoise et amicale;
Maintenir une aire de travail propre et rangée;
Assister ses collègues lors de périodes très occupées;
Participer aux réunions de communication et aux différentes formations;
Recycler le plastique, le métal, le carton et les bouteilles vides;
Toutes autres tâches reliées à ce poste.

Qualifications

Facilité à communiquer en français et en anglais parlé et écrit
Excellente connaissance de l'informatique;
Bonne capacité à travailler sous pression;
Excellentes aptitudes en communication;
Aptitude au travail d`équipe;
Dynamisme et créativité;
Bon sens de l'organisation;
Être responsable, autonome et motivée;
Avoir de l'initiative et être multitâches;
Posséder une bonne connaissance de la région immédiate ainsi que celle environnante;
Un diplôme en hôtellerie et/ou tourisme sera considéré comme un atout;
Expérience en conciergerie sera considéré comme un atout.
