_Primary Responsibilities:
_

Accepting deliveries
Coordinating online order dispatch
Preparing orders for shipping
Ensure all online orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, following quality standards
Responding to online customer inquiriesInvoicing and Billing Tasks
Purchasing Administration Tasks
ERP Auditing Tasks
Purchase Order Reconciliation
Order Summaries
Filling out product spreadsheets
Competencies:_
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be detail oriented, organized, able to multitask, and keep thorough and accurate records.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to create and maintain good working relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Google Suite and Adobe (PDF).
Proven record of taking responsibility and using good judgment, including exercise of discretion and confidentiality.
Adaptable and flexible with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Selfstarter with a positive attitude who is comfortable working independently and with a team.
Must be 19+
Current & Valid Smart Choices Cannabis certification
Must provide us with a current Criminal Background Check
Previous data entry experience is an asset, but not a requirement
Working Conditions:_

This is a contract position with the working hours being between hours per week.

At the end of the probationary period, the employee may be assigned further tasks based on availability and job performance.

Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
