    The Opportunity:

    A Strategic Solutions Consultant(Strategic SC) at Litera works side by side with the Customer SuccessManagers (CSMs) and Product Leaders in support of positioning the value ofLitera solutions by demonstrating the possibilities of their respectiveproduct.

    Strategic Solutions Consultants work with our largest enterprisecustomers and are sought after non-technical, subject matter experts whodeliver advice throughout the post-sales process.

    They are also uniquelypositioned to provide insights back to the business on market trends andgo-to-market opportunities which help inform our product strategy,positioning, and big picture direction.

    Senior SCs need little supervision,help mentor, and coach junior team members and are seen as experts on theirspecific product(s). They understand the legal tech market and legal trendsmore generally.


    A Day in the Life:


    Validate customer pain points and needs by delivering both in personand virtual to-the-point, specific product demonstrationsTranslate tech-speak into value-based discussions for c-levelexecutives, influencers, end user advocatesWith the tools, resources, and freedom to come up with tailored demoexperiences for our customers.

    Facilitate and support evaluations/Proof of Concepts to ensure asuccessful outcomeDesign creative solutions to drive new enablement and adoption of yourproductDevelop a collection of customer stories from previous experiences andhistorical stories from the team.

    Ensure a seamless transition from the pre-sales process to post-saledeliveryWork with different areas of the business daily to deepen theirknowledge of the market, our products, and what matters most to ourcustomers.

    Engage end users who are active in a deal process to provide bestpractice guidanceDevelop account specific programs to drive end user engagement,maximize product adoption and deliver value as a measure of ROIDeliver presentations for just one to many demonstrating the value ofand how to use Litera Transaction Management to replace manual, tediousprocessesGather feedback direct from end users to enhance the productdirectionEstablish champions, identify advocates, and network for practice areafor referralsInfluence transformational change in the way lawyers work inpracticeWork on key deliverables such as use cases and success plansAbout You:2 years + experience in solutions consulting or role with product'best practice advisory' facets, preferably within a legalorganizationHighly adaptable, quick thinker and inquisitiveStrong presentation, oral and written communication skillsAbility to teach and tell a story in a concise wayTechnically competent with interest and passion for ongoinglearningCuriosity to understand a workflow you haven't seen beforeAbility to listen, empathize, and translate tech-speak into value-baseddiscussionsA keen attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability tomanage several moving pieces and parts

    monitors and tracks progressagainst success metrics, including delivering trainingProactively monitors customer data (GainSight, Support tickets, CSAT,NPS) to be leveraged for adoption or upsell conversationsShares intelligence with internal Litera stakeholders (KAM, SA, CRM)Key Capabilities:
    Domain Expertise: Strong background in either legal or legal technologyindustries – able to translate experiences to communicate value forcustomers

    Presentation Skills:
    An engaging presenter and storyteller, able to usea variety of tools to demonstrate features and benefits of products

    Customer Service Orientation:
    demonstrates a desire to help thosethey're supportingHighly organised: can manage their time and others to deliver outcomesin line with expectations

    Strong Communicator:

    Able to effectively convey their thoughts andrequests succinctly to a number of personality typesProblem solver: can look at problems/issues creatively to find a wayforwardCalifornia, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada,New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington ResidentsOnly: The salary range for California, Colorado,Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, RhodeIsland, or Washington residents is $85,000 to $102,000.

    Pay isbased on several factors including but not limited to education, workexperience, certifications, etc.
