    Description

    As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as the owner's advocate for complex civil and structural building rehabilitation projects.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project management and ensuring the successful completion of major heritage building rehabilitation initiatives.

    Manage third-party reviews for base isolation systems, seismic design, blast specialists, and geotechnical consultations to ensure compliance and adherence to project goals.

    Coordinate with external consultants and specialists, such as blast consultants and geotechnical experts, to optimize project outcomes and mitigate risks.

    Participate in the management of structural and civil elements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards.

    Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of project deliverables.

    Conduct thorough reviews of civil design components, particularly in landscape design packages, to ensure alignment with project objectives and environmental considerations.

    Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders, including owners, management teams, and external partners, on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

    Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical engineering, or a related field (P. Eng an asset)
    ~10+ years of experience in engineering industry
    ~ Exemplary organizational and strategic thinking skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project, and technical issues.
    ~ High degree of proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Excel, Word and Project.
