    Introduction to Caddie

    Caddie is a SaaS company that is changing the way B2B buyers talk to sales teams. Our product makes the B2B buying experience not suck and helps businesses improve sales by up to 3x. We are a Y Combinator company and have recently raised $3M+ from top tier investors backing companies like Stripe, Airbnb, Reddit, Twitch and Coinbase. We are growing very quickly and are looking for people who want to join us on a rocketship journey.

    About the Role

    Building something incredible, from scratch. That's right, you would be the first engineer on our team helping us build Caddie 2.0. This is a critical role that will set the foundation for the next 5+ years of the business. You'll get to work closely with the founders of Caddie to not only set a technical direction but also influence the trajectory of the company. In fact, you'll be a "Founding Engineer". Are you ready for an exciting journey?

    What We're Looking For

    We'll keep it short. We're looking for great people rather than checking 100 boxes.

    • 3+ years of experience building modern web applications
    • Degree in computer science or related field
    • Full-stack experience that ideally includes JavaScript frameworks and Python
    • Experience designing and building new architecture
    • A passion for building something incredible from the ground up
