About theROLE:
The mission of a Member Support Specialist is to onboard, support, grow, and retain members by delivering exceptional member experience.
Your daily tasks will involve expertly triaging all support emails and tickets to ensure timely responses and resolutions, while escalating inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders and maintaining open communication with the team.
Your role will also include conducting engaging product demos and support calls, creating, and updating help articles and training guides based on member feedback, and being the face and voice of our training material.
You will manage the journey for companies and coaches, ensuring they have a seamless setup and successfully grow their business with the Metronomics System.
Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional onboarding and offboarding experiences, collecting feedback to refine processes, and identifying opportunities to increase net revenue retention through organic growth.
Finally, you will conduct demo calls to prospective members, manage the trial pipeline, and support members through their 30-day trial period to increase conversion rates.
