Project Specialist - Adult Education Workshop Facilitator

The
Project Specialist will work closely with
Northern Alberta Regional Centre for Healthy Aging, which promotes a holistic approach to healthy aging through knowledge sharing, research and community engagement.
They will also oversee the
implementation of frailty assessment tools by
providing
leadership and training to enable the use of the tools in front line work.
The Project Specialist will also
engage with other community organizations to implement and promote the benefits of the developed assessment tools, identify barriers to use and provide trouble-shooting assistance.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Master's Degree in a related field preferred:
- Provide Police Information Check including Vulnerable Sector
- Vehicle required; valid Class 5 driver's license and $2 million auto liability insurance
Experience in community engagement and public education:
Program development and implementation experience:- Have a clear understanding of inclusive, antioppressive practice
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Outstanding problemsolving skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months
Pay:
$47,000.00-$58,557.00 per year
