Aquila Software is seeking a
Recruiter / HR Coordinator to join our growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Head of People, the
Recruiter / HR Coordinator will act as a key partner for our people, and will have the following primary responsibilities:

Manage Aquila's talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Coordinate various stages through the recruitment lifecycle
Help create an engaging employee experience
Assist in development and implementation of recruitment policies
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Facilitate the employee onboarding process
Help manage various HR processes including payroll review, benefits, and other administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in human resources, including significant recruiting experience
Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office, as well as ATS and HRIS systems
Excellent communication and people skills
Customer service attitude with an aptitude in problemsolving
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
Additional HR training/certification is a plus
