We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to focus on interview scheduling and coordination and intern and co-op recruiting.

You'll work with a diverse set of business and technology leaders across the business and will play a big part in building and managing our intern and co-op recruiting.

What you'll do:

Assist with scorecard template creation and management of scorecard repository for all positions
Participate in new hire onboarding tasks including working closely with recruiting, payroll, and other crossfunctional departments
Partner with the college teams for job postings and to schedule, coordinate, and attend campus events
Full lifecycle recruiting for interns and coops

What we're looking for:

1 + years as a Recruiting Coordinator to include interview scheduling and new hire onboarding.
Experience recruiting at colleges and Universities, focused on Interns and Coops
Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
