AVAAL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Sales Executive to join our team as a
Freight Brokerage Sales Agent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop pipeline and generate new business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to secure profitable loads.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build longterm relationships with clients.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and market conditions to make informed business decisions.

At least 3 years of Freight Brokerage Sales Experience A MUST**:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Familiarity with transportation management software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.


We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary and commission, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Salary:
$45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
