- Participates and contributes to design of systems, processes and plans for projects that contribute to corporate growth.
- Develops project schedule on assigned projects and events.
- Coordinates timelines, schedules, and resources to create successful TIPI events.
- Preparation, management and reporting of budget for events and special projects.
- Track project timelines, results, and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for TIPI Group or line of business involvement in scheduled commitments.
- Engage with subject matter experts to create robust project results.
- Collaborate with internal departments on written and visual material development for events and projects.
- Coordinate marketing and communications responsibilities for In-partnership/member sponsored projects and events with our Marketing team and internal stakeholders.
- Understand company brand and lines of business and apply that knowledge to bring in appropriate stakeholders to projects and events.
- Supports calendar of TIPI Group community and client events engagement, ensuring materials, donations and sponsorships are appropriately coordinated.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Must be well-organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently, triage priorities and communicate project timelines under pressure.
- Excellent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive data and confidential information
- You have 2 or more years working in events or project management.
- A Diploma in business administration or project management is an asset.
- You have experience working with Indigenous communities, cultures and/or organizations.
- Ability to travel between provinces, less than 15% of the time.
