    Continuous Improvement Solutions Manager

    Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

    We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Solutions Manager to join our team. This position will be based in Mississauga, ON

    Reporting to the Senior Continuous Improvement Manager.

    This role drives continuous improvement and supports performance management in the Area CX & Execution across the assigned business area (Ocean, SCM, 4PL, CCL, or Landside). This includes anchoring and facilitating project prioritization and ensuring readiness to support CX Leaders and their teams.

  • You will lead project coordination and execution initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You will develop detailed project plans and monitor progress through all phases.
  • You will translate business requirements into operational deployment plans.
  • You will engage stakeholders to define and manage project scope, strategy, and implementation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Drive business change to support specific functional strategies and objectives.
  • Create prioritization pools based on strategic goals.
  • Deploy the company's values-based leadership.
  • Support development and training initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • Sustain Continuous Improvement deployment and maturity in the area.
  • Drive process standardization across customer experience functions.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the area.
  • Optimize internal processes to provide a consistent best-in-class customer experience.
  • Generate innovation through process improvement initiatives.

    • Required Qualifications:

  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and +5 years of project management experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Experience in CI, preferably in project management or LEAN solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of containerized Ocean+ logistics processes.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing change and leading transformations.
