* Operations : Over 20 years of progressive experience in business operations/production management. Performed day to day planning & supervision of plant operations (such as batching procedures, filling procedures, packing procedures and storage of products), production planning, purchasing, inventory management and warehouse management, Preventative maintenance, building maintenance etc.
*   Supply chain & logistics : Over 15 years of experience in supply chain and  logistics Oversee all operations of the purchasing, vendor management, logistics management using ERP

Implemented and applied cost reduction strategies to all sections to reduce the budget.
* Quality Compliance : Over 20 years of experience in food safety & quality assurance. Managing and overseeing maintenance of food quality and safety programs including Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), Pest control, Environmental monitoring, Food Safety plans (HACCP plans), Traceability & Recall programs, Allergens programs, Supplier approval programs etc. Planning and scheduling of internal & external audits - facility GMP audits, quarterly GFSI internal audits and yearly external audits. Preparation of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and developing employment staff training procedures as per required food safety management systems. Regular inceptions of batching ingredients, measurements, expire dates, labels, packing materials and working environment conditions to enforce good manufacturing practices. HACCP planning, internal auditing, and external auditing skills etc.
* People management : Experience of managing over 200 members of staff (recruiting, scheduling, and supervision), staff pay roll reports and invoices etc.
* Financials : Capital expenditure budgeting, maintenance of budget for purchase and inventory management, staff maintenance and plant maintenance P/L analysis etc.
* R&D:  Conducting research on new products, new equipment, packaging materials based on market trends, for alternative cost-effective solutions. New product development (NPD) proposals by engaging with cross-functional teams. Conducting R&D trails and development of new products.
