    Description
    Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing and manufacturing equipment. We are working closely with our customers to develop and build the next generation of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyser technology.

    We are growing and hiring a Technical Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department. This role strategically sources vendors and purchases mechanical and other components for the manufacturing of our products. Responsibilities include:
    • Develop the current vendors and manage the supplier relationship.
    • Perform supplier evaluation with stakeholders to ensure supplier process, quality & capability meet company's requirements.
    • Revise basic technical specs of the product.
    • Conduct internal analysis to optimize costs and determine the new potential saving opportunities.
    • Expand our suppliers' network to better fulfil our needs in alignment with our engineering and quality team.
    • Negotiate new supply contracts, ensuring alignment with the internal requirements.
    • Responsible for all procurement related activities for specific commodities and manage all necessary documentations as RFQ, PR, PO.
    • Follow up with operations team for changes in production plan.
    • Prepare TA or supply plan with vendors.
    • Attend local and international trade shows relative to the material category.
    • Complete other duties, as assigned.

    Skills and Experience:
    • Degree or a Diploma in Technology (Mechanical or Mechatronics)
    • Experience reading technical data sheets and engineering drawings.
    • Experience purchasing major mechanical components such as pumps, valves, flow controls and pressure vessels in a manufacturing environment.
    • Experience with ERP system preferably SAP & SAGE.
    • Strong negotiation / presentation skills.
    • Experience developing and implementing supplier relationship.
    • Excellent knowledge of supply chain cycles.
    • APICS or other supply chain certification or working towards one.
    • Efficient time management and prioritization skill.

    Annual Salary: $80,000 to $95,000.
