    HGA Integrated Financial Services Division
    Integrated Financial Services Division ("HGA IFS") offers our clients an
    all-inclusive accounting, bookkeeping, and financial management solution
    Accounting & bookkeeping support
    services

    • Financial reporting and tax compliance
    • Controller services
    • Accounting systems, software integration,
    data analytics

    • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping
    day-to-day financial transactions in QuickBooks or other accounting software

    • manage, and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • and process payroll records for clients
    • bank statements and credit card statements
    • in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements
    • up-to-date on bookkeeping best practices and accounting regulations
    diploma or certificate in a relevant field (i.e. Bookkeeping, Business
    Administration, Accounting, or Finance)

    • of 2 years of experience in full cycle bookkeeping
    • understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
    • in QuickBooks or other accounting software
    • with tax preparation and financial statement preparation is a plus
