Duties
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on SAGE 50 Software
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Conduct financial audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees
Oversee accounts payable functions, including vendor payments and expense reimbursements
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
Conduct account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Proficiency in using accounting software (Sage 50 preferred) and MS Excel
Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles and financial auditing standards
Experience with payroll processing and accounts payable functions
Ability to perform detailed account analysis and reconciliation
