As a key member of the Compounding team, you will maintain high manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment.


Shifts Available:


  • Afternoon Shift 2:30pm 10:45pm

As a Compounder, you will:


  • Batch/Mix liquids
  • Plan and coordinate equipment and facility requirements to meet short and long term scheduling objectives.
  • Assist in developing more junior staff through training.
  • Improve the profitability by output and efficiency of the batch.
  • Follow GMP procedures in compliance with government and corporate regulations/guidelines.
  • Follow SOP's in compliance with government GMP's and corporate objectives.
  • Ensure the schedule is followed to meet set timelines.
  • Manufacture pilot batches and participate in troubleshooting problem batches.

Qualifications:


  • B.Sc. in Sciences is desired but not required.
  • 3+ years of compounding experience.
  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Problem solving, decision making skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
